Recliner sofas and chairs

Single recliners, reclining loveseats and three-seaters — the products we have made longest. This is where the mechanism matters most, so it is where we are most particular.

  • USB / type-C console
  • 35–45 kg/m³ foam
  • Leather or fabric

A recliner is only as good as its third year

Anyone can build a recliner that feels great in a showroom. The test is whether the footrest still latches and the foam still recovers after a couple of years of nightly use. We spec the mechanism to a rated cycle count, corner-block the frame, and choose seat foam by density rather than by a soft adjective.

For a guest room or a budget line, a manual mechanism and 35 kg/m³ foam is an honest, cost-effective choice. For a sofa someone reclines in every evening we push toward a powered unit and 45 kg/m³ high-resilience foam, and we will explain the cost difference rather than hide it.

A few lines on models, quantities and your market is enough to start. If a job sits outside what we run well, we'll tell you rather than burn your sampling budget.
