OEM & ODM

Your label on our line, or your idea on our floor

We grew up as an OEM supplier before we had our own brand, and a large share of our output still ships under customers’ labels. Both routes are open — what differs is where the design risk sits and how fast we can move.

OEM — you bring the spec

You hand us a finished product or a tech pack; we match the foam, mechanism, cover and dimensions, sample it, and run it under your brand and packaging. Best when you already know exactly what sells in your market and want it built consistently.

ODM — you bring the market

You arrive with a price point, a target customer and maybe a mood board; we develop the sofa around it using our own mechanisms and frames. Slower to first sample, but you skip the tooling and design cost of starting from zero.

The process

From first email to loaded container

Brief & quote

You send models or a spec, quantities and target market. We come back with a feasibility note and an indicative price — including which choices would move it.

Sample & approve

We build a physical sample and you sign off on fit, foam, cover and mechanism. For reclining products this step is non-negotiable; a photo approval is not enough.

Pilot & test

A short pilot run confirms the line, and BIFMA / EN bench tests plus any third-party reports are arranged against your exact build.

Produce & ship

Full production with in-line checks, your private-label packaging, a loading plan that fills the container, and documents prepared for your market.

What we ask for

A few honest constraints

  • Quantities that fill containersFunctional sofas are bulky — a clean order is one that loads a 40HQ well. We will tell you how a given model cubes out so you are not shipping air.
  • Sample sign-off before toolingWe confirm fit, foam, cover and mechanism on a physical sample. A photo approval is not enough for a reclining product, and we would rather slow down here than re-make a container.
  • Testing arranged, not assumedBIFMA / EN bench tests and third-party reports (SGS / TÜV) per programme. We do not pre-print certificate claims we cannot tie to your exact build.

Send the spec — we'll quote the real thing

A few lines on models, quantities and your market is enough to start. If a job sits outside what we run well, we'll tell you rather than burn your sampling budget.
